Can anybody explain me what were the feature of the special sight invented by Romenia artillery officer Toma Ghenea at the beginning of 20th century?

It was a goniometric panoramic sight. At the turn of the century, the panoramic sights started to be used for indirect fire of artillery. For more information on panoramic sights:
