Here's my Infantry Lt tunic for a Romanian during WW2.

This tunic is not in very good condition.

This is a M. 1941 officer tunic.

The Iron Cross 2nd class ribbon and “Mihai Viteazul” 3rd class order were originally attached on the tunic or they were added later?
