Hi,
the similar looking badges are from the "Straja Tarii",a youth organisation from the '30s , the forerunner of the "Pionieri"! The uniforms were very similar.
The CFR badge is an old train conductor badge.

Nice B&W picture.

The first two are Oficiul de Educatie a Tineretului Român (OETR) badges, also known as "Straja tarii" as mentioned by b737. The back side of your first badge is certainly marked with "OTER" letters.

Now here is my question: what is this same period badge (Lecomed - BUCURESTI) ?

Thanks.

The badge posted is a FRN badge .
FRN means Frontul Renasterii Nationale(front of the national rebirth) and it was the unique party accepted by Carol 2 after his coup from 1938.
The signature is from "Depozitul Decomed" a store for military uniforms and badges, ordes.
