Here is a set of 3 photos I received from Mr. Dorel Popescu, the son of adj. av. Victor Popescu
adj. av .Victor Popescu Beside a P.11 In 1938, 2nd Squadron (?), Cluj At a quick glance I was only able to find the Virtutea Aeronautica Order he received. Any further info regarding his career would be welcome. |

Yes, it's him. I made a mistake about the rank (I corrected it in the meantime). Mr. Popescu has the logbook and agreed to make a copy of it. Hopefully on Monday or Tuesday when I will be in Craiova, I will have time to meet with him and get the copy.
