yes....there are some differences between those 2 sites.
on http://www.worldwar2.ro/arr/aces.htm - Constantin Cantacuzino has 56 victories and 45 kills
and on http://www.acesofww2.com/romania/Romania.htm - Constantin Cantacuzino has 53 kills and 69 points

which one of those 2 is corect?
i want to know the exact number of romanian kills if that is posible, thanks

Well, the latest research (as far as i know) is on the first site. The source is "Rumanian aces of WWII" edited by Osprey. The author is a member of this site.

No, it's actually encouraged. Namely to keep searching for new information and proofs, so our view of history would be as accurate as possible (the 100% real and factual recount of history can never happen, of course).
This is valid for the research on Rumanian air aces, which should - and is - going on...
