Unit identification

I need help identifying the unit these soldiers belonged to. I think they are part of the Royal Cavalry Guard Regiment, but I am not sure.

They are Gendarmes officers wearing M. 1930 ceremonial uniforms. The officers are wearing black leather spiked helmets, light blue (bleu-gendarmes) tunics with cherry-red collar and cuffs, white aiguillettes and black breeches with double cherry-red band. According the uniforms, the photo was shot during 1930-1940.

Officers of the Royal Escort, later Horse Guard, Regiment, wore metallic spiked helmets, dark blue tunics with black facings, Guard style collar and cuffs embroideries, white breeches and high riding boots.

Artillery officers wearing M.1930 ceremonial uniforms (black kepis with red feathers, brown double breasted tunics, with black collar and cuffs, red piping, gold epaulettes, cartridge pouch, waist belt and rank stripes above the cuffs, black breeches with red double bands). According the artillery branches, the colour of piping and facings were different: red for field artillery, yellow for heavy artillery/howitzers, cherry-red for horse artillery, light blue for AA artillery, dark green for mountain artillery.

These uniforms were carried until April 1941.

Any chance these men aren't mountain troops?

I think they are "premilitari" (and the English term for that is...?), in late 1930's uniform. The ties and socks seem to be typical for that category of troops.

Some of them look older than 21, which was the top limit for the paramilitary (I also don't know how to translate the term other than this) training.

Shouldn't it rather be premilitary, rather than paramilitary?

Even if some of them look older , they are members of a pre-miltary unit of the late 1930s.

can you tell me more about this pictures?I see several tipes of uniform:"strajeri",army etc. but i am very confused about the peasants with diagonal tricolor.All i now about this picture is:it is taken in Suceava at the funeral of a leader of "Strajeri" organisation.I'm waiting your replies

It seems to be a funeral ceremony of the late 1930s.

The uniformed people with aiguillettes on the right shoulder are policemen – "Gardieni publici" ( "Public Guardians" ). The young boy in the fore ground, with white shirt and beret, is a member of "Straja Tarii" ("Country Guard") youth organization. The uniformed man on his left seems to be Teofil Sidorovici, the commander of this organization. The young men wearing peasant costumes could be members of the "Arcasii Bucovineni" ("Archers of Bukovina") organization ( ? ).
