Just a short introduction: I'm 25 years old, ny name is Pawel, I'm a modeller from Poland. I like this forum a lot, it gives me an opportunity to learn really interesting facts. I'm just hoping my english is good enough I'm currently planning to build a replica of Mirage 1/48 P.11c in Romanian markings. This led me to a question - do Members of your forum know anything about a conversion set to build IAR P.11f, using Mirage's P.11c as a base kit? Does any company makes an Gnome-Rhone 9Krse with cowling and propeller? And my second question: I'm looking for references about Romanian P.11c 's - do you know a good books/magazines with photos of them? Thanks in advance Cheers Pawel |

Techmod make resin replacement engines and Part PE for superdetailing the Mirage P11c but I have never seen any conversions for a P11f. Broplan have a vacuform kit for a P11b. Aeromaster released a decal sheet a few years ago that had decals for one P11f, red '54'. Monografie Lotnicze 37 PZL P.11 part 2 has the largest collection of Rumanian P.11s in one book that I have seen. Out of print and very hard to find now I think.

thank you very much antoni and Cantacuzino. I think that I'll have access at Monografie Lotnicze 37 PZL P.11 part 2 - I will look for it. I just hoped that maybe a Romanian manufacturer had produced a conversion set for P.11f. Thanks again for replies and suggestions! Cheers Pawel |
