Pilot of ARR. He is the brother of my grandpa.
I have very few information about him.

Flying as observer on a plane called POTEZ S.E.T. 7:23 NO.6, he had a plane crash somewhere near aerodrom Pipera (or Popesti-Leordeni (?) ) before 23 August 1944 on 1933. Badly wounded he is moved on a german (?) started medical treatment at a hospital in Wienna - Austria, on 1944.

Starting 23 August 1944 considered as PoW in Wienna, he is released during year 1945 (?). With major ear problems and never fully recovered he died on 1953, at his home from Ceptura, Prahova County, Romania.

I found some variations of his family name, he is also know as IOANEI or IOANI.
Unfortunately I haven't, in this moment, any documents or papers, almost all where burned during the comunism era (1945-1975). I found a few papers, I scanned them and I put all together on a site. Unfortunately the site is currently only in Romanian language, you can acces every post using the links on the right side.
