Research assistance requested

I am a contributing author to the Journal of the Orders and Medals Society of America currently working on an article on the Hero titles of Socialist Romania and the decorations to identify the title. The outline and pictures are completed. Six Royal Romanian articles and 2 Socialist Romanian Articles on Orders and Medals have already been published.

I have the Decree numbers and Buletinul Oficial numbers, but I need to verify my information with the official version and include the privileges and other useful information that may be missing from my research.

Is there a member of this group that would be willing to obtain the Decrees and assist in the translations? Please contact me direct at okchp@aol.com for further discussion.

All the articles look interesting, I will have to see if my local city reference library stock the Journal so I can make some photocopies. Failing that do you have any suggestions for obtaining copies of the articles?
