It is hard to compare.
It is a manned air superiority fighter against an unmanned strike platform... the Pak-Fa is a wannabe oponent to the F-22. The russians don`t have yet something in the line of the X-47. |

I don't think they'll be some strong changes in actual fighters, due to the still felt crisis in most countries budgets. Well perhaps except China, which does show a stronger economy every day. Russians do have problems with funding, but they also have to fight with the spread of corruption in their government and army. Hopefully all those new pretty fighters won't have a chance to use, by any of the nations.
