What's happening in Trans-Dnestra? What message do the Russian authorities want to convey and to whom?

I believe this an attempt to divert world attention from other Russian problems like inevitable colapse of Syrian regime and put some pressure to UE. It could be one link with UE policy in Cyprus, Russian money could be blocked here.
Here is the crisis timeline: http://www.rbnpress.info/wp/confruntari-ha...n-transnistria/ |

I didn't see the world paying ANY attention to whatever happened in Transdniester recently so I don't believe the "diverting of attention" explanation. What makes you think the collapse of the Syrian regime is inevitable? And the money in Cyprus wasn't blocked, it was stolen. Highway robbery. -------------------- I

Uncle Sam must do something, if he does not, it could be interesting. Russia try to estabilish herself in Balkans, too: http://www.rumaniamilitary.ro/editorial-un...ocul#more-16899 |

Except for the "Blacani" instead of "Balcani" right in the bloody title (!), many oppinions in the site are quite interesting... -------------------- M

Romania at war with Ukraine and Russia. "Romanii rezista." Are there even some aliens and wonder-laser-weapons included? Because it sounds like great sci-fi literature.

Yes, you're right, the movie only talks about a Russian-backed Transdnistrian offensive towards Chisinau. I briefly saw a headline at 0:15 which talked about war with Ukraine too, but at a closer look that headline was describing an earlier book. My bad. Still, how would Russia support Transndnister without Ukraine's collusion? Even without it, the Romanian army's offensive towards Tiraspol would raise the alarm in Kiev who wouldn't like that at all. -------------------- I

Imperialist, I read all three books of Mr. Negrea, you saw just the videoclips. You put some questions regarding the today situation, but Mr. Negrea made a scenario and a development of geopolitical situation that I could not answer in just several words. That scenario could or could be not be true in future, but my observation is that in Ukraine and in Russia the things begin to happen just in mode that Mr. Negrea says. And my problem is that the first Mr. Negrea book was published in 2006! So, if you want an answer to your question, go to the library and take a look at Mr, Negrea books, because I cannot explain in few words the development of geopolitical situation that he wrote in three books of about 700 pages each!
Do not misunderstand me, in those books are many fightings, deployements of troops, changes of situations, but are many geopolitical changes that makes his scenario beliavebe. |
