In Romania is very often that relic items are hugely overrated, due to lack of knowledge regarding old stuff. Usually one find something old in the grandparent's attic and, without having the slightest idea what he/she found, ask astronomical prices, being convinced that they posses an extremely rare and valuable piece.
I saw so many cases of overrated old items in Romania, that I'm sick of it. I am interested also in this manuscript, but first of all I want to see a professional opinion who can tell the fair price for this item, even if it will be higher. A museum-made evaluation can clear the "mistery" of how much money this manuscript worth. Then I can make an offer. |
