New kits for PZL P.11c and P.11f

The news has just been leaked that Azur/Frrom will be releasing kits of the PZL P.11c and P.11f. The P.11c will be under the Azur label while the P.11f under the Frrom lable.

They have already covered all the P.24 versions which are excellent kits so the P.11s should not disappoint. As they usually produce all the variants of an aircraft perhaps there will eventually be P.11a and P.11b kits as well.

Despite some little issues during assembly and not 100% accuracy, I can recomend it. The incredible decals and camouflages seems to be inspired from very nice MMP book about Romanian Air Force 39-45.

I m waiting for large scale ( 1/48 or 1/32) for PZL 11 F because the squadron mascots not clear seen on small scale ( like Pinochio etc)

Or he can use the "Macro" or "Super Macro" seting of a digital camera, for a very close shot. The plane looks realistic enough to "survive" a close photo.

Dan was referring to the fact that in scale 1/72 the details are much more subdued than in scale 1/32. Macro will only make these limitations clearer. I agree, a 1/32 kit will be great. For non-modellers, a 1/72 kit has a wingspan as long as your stretched palm but 1/32 kit has a span as long as your forearm. Size makes all the difference.
I picked up the 1/72 "F" and the "C" at the week-end. They are little gems, nicely moulded, good decals.

You may get your wish. There already is a P.11b and the decal sheet says P.11b & P.11f so they may be planning a P.11f next.

The "f" is out already. As I said above I got one in Telford last week-end.
What Dan wants is a larger-scale one.

If you click on the link you will find that it is a 1/48 resin kit made by Toro not the the Azur kit.

There was a resin conversion to convert the Mirage p11c into a p11f in scale 1/48.
I think that Dan was referring to an injection-moulded p11f plastic kit, which was kind of promised by Mirage a few years ago.

well, I think every scale has its pros and cons. I actually have in my display cabinet approx 80 1/72 and some 1/35, 1/48. I can not imagine the space for the same number of 1/48 or even 1/32.
Having only IAR-80 and that Pzl-11F I just consider what will be next in my little Romanian collection...
