I have the original version - from the Author - and it's a very good reference book (although far from perfect, or exhaustive). The book has recently been republished (with Mark Axworthy as the sole author), so it should be readily available.
Unless the Author and/or the Publisher officially agrees, any PDF version of books/publications is illegal and condemnable. Gen. Dénes This post has been edited by Dénes on February 26, 2010 12:20 pm |
