The hungarian language inscription on the back of the photo says: "For remembering, with love, to Erzsi. B Lajos"

Erzsi is the diminutive for Erzsebet (Elisabeth - in english, Elisabeta - in romanian).

this is the first picture I have seen of this particular military organisation.

Even more interesting reading on the Fire-brigade web-page

was the refference to Fire-Brigade Artillery!!
