Please Help to Identify Romanian Uniforms

I am trying to find more information about my relatives.
I have couple of old photos from my family related to WWII.
I will post them one by one.
In this photo is my grandfather with his brother. Photo is dated with July 18, 1944.
Can you please help me to identify what kind of uniform is on them?
What kind of hats they have? I think the one on the right has something on his hat.

Welcome to the forum.

They both wear Romanian summer tunics md 1939, the one on the right also wears leather Y-straps.

Their rank is private, as they have nothing on their shoulder boards.

This Romanian summer tunics model 1939 are for battle field? Is it possible to say, based on their uniform, to what king of Romanian military units their belonged?

Next photo was made in Constanta and is dated with July 24, 1944.

On the hat I can read Marina Regala. But the uniform looks strange for me.
What kind of uniform is this and to what king of military unit(s) it belonged?
Are they from marine infantry?
What kind of bayonets they have? Are they Romanian type or German?

They are marine infantry, something like the US Marines. The are wearing only shirts and training pants with leather leggings. The belts are romanian but the bayonets are for the german k98k. They wear typical navy berets, the only equipment item in the picture that is dark blue (same color as the one used as the Romanian Airforce). The navy standard uniform has the same cut as used for the army: md39 or 41 tunic, md39 pants with leather leggings or md41 pants with puttees only the color is dark blue and the leather equipment should be painted black insted of the natural color one used by the infantry.

The marine infantry also appear in this picture with german helmets and german k98k rifles and bayonets. In this picture they wear summer tunics and again training pants.

I dont understand why It strips on the shoulder straps are different

For the sergeant it might be lack of spare equipment and the guy couldnt replace the lost item.

Photo circa 1930-34
First person: Naval Division, Fruntas rank.
Second Person: Air Force Ground Troops. Sergent rank.
NOTE: What is unusual is that the right shoulder board has an additional stripe added
to the the traditional Sergent stripes in gold rank which is in the color white. The left
shoulder board does not have this designation. Perhaps the extra tab on right
shoulder board is for some kind of leadership tab or designation for promotion ? I
have not seen this combination before.
Third person: Naval Division, Corporal rank. Again an unusual in that he does not wear
a cap ribbon and has an unusual 2 piece belt buckle with crest usually worn by
officers. First time I see a navy soldier wearing a buckle like this. The scouts and FRN
wore buckles like this as well. It is too bad that we can not see it clearly.

My guess is the photo dates circa 1928-1930 period. Rank Captain, Thick white aiguillettes indicate Military Gendarne. The number 6 on the cap indicates regiment. Since the color patches and piping on the cap are not white, this person could have been assigned to an infantry or cavalry unit. I can not tell from photo the off color of the patches and piping.

The tunic he wears is M1923.

The first person is my grandfather Anton, Naval Division in Fruntas Rank.
He did military stage from April 20, 1936 until November 01, 1938.
So, photo was made in the period of 1936-38.

Are you sure that the Rank of this soldier is Captain? I personally have doubts about this because his rank could be plutonier major or plutonier adjutant. Captain’s three stripes are thin while on photo they (three stripes) look thick (wide) to me.
