I have an original photo of a two-storey building with the banner "Cazarma Prisaca Doaga".
The Royal Rumanian and the IIIrd Reich's flags are fluttering.

Where was this barracks located?

Thanks,

That's what I thought, too. However, I cannot fully explain the scene. What were they doing in Bucharest, with those strange flags?
