I have an original photo of a two-storey building with the banner "Cazarma Prisaca Doaga".

I think there is in Moldova , jud Vrancea , Marasesti area .

That's what I thought, too. However, I cannot fully explain the scene. What were they doing in Bucharest, with those strange flags?
