I noticed that Sam Publications out of England is showing a July release date for their Aviation Guide 3, titled IAR80 & 81 airframe, systems and equipment. See sampublication.com for further info.

Nothing on the SAM Publications website description of the book tells the name of the author and I can't make out the name which appears to be just above the aircraft's nose on the cover picture.

I finally found out that the author for this book is Radu Brinzan.
