Help needed: III Corps

I am researching the Soviet invasion of August 1944 and need to fill a gap in my knowledge. I am looking for information about III Romanian Corps, specifically:

1) was it in the line of 3rd Romanian Army, and
2) who was commander of III Romanian Corps as of Aug. 20th, 1944?

1) On 08/23/44, the Corpul 3 Armata was assigned to Armata 3. Corpul 3 Armata was dissolved on 10/12/44, with it's units being absorbed into Corpul 6 Armata.
