Was the Romanian Navy involved in suporting our troops in Crimea? - not counting any kind of supplies.

No, the Romanian Navy supported the forces in Crimea only with the NMS Delfinul submarine and by shipping and escorting supplies. The only shore bombardment in support of the infantry happened at Odessa in 1941 and at Cape Cherosenes in May 1944, when the troops were being evacuated from Crimea.
