A MiG-1, or -3 is visible in front of an SB.
Too bad the tail of the MiG and the rudder of the SB is missing, making the identification impossible... Gen. Dénes This post has been edited by Dénes on August 12, 2012 01:50 pm |

Does anyone notice this photo:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?V...6#ht_500wt_1182 ? The caption says: "Romanian ME109 Plane with Officer and his dog - WW2 Eastern Front". If I'm not mistaken, this is a Messerschmitt Bf-109F. One picture = 1000 questions. |

Yes, it is an F.
Romanian pilots often shared airfields with German Bf.109-F planes. Also, during the period when Romanian pilots converted from Bf.109-E to Bf-109-G, they trained on German Bf.109-F planes. Radu |
