I agree. This is just a seller's stunt to increase sales, which he apparently managed to pull off.

The picture features a Romanian sublocotenent sitting on a Bf.109 with no visible insignia or markings. Maybe the seller was unable to identify the version of Bf.109 as an "F" and probably did not know that Romania did not use Bf.109F anyway. Mistakes can happen. In one of the picture is a wedding and the decorated pilot looks like Cpt. Dan Scurtu. Anyway all the pictures with B-24 are from the crash place of the B-24 SN 42-40265 "Honky Tonk Gal", radio code " W " (with top bar)
