Nothing spectacular, but there are a couple of nice shots in the lot.
Were you the one who bought them? Gen. Dénes This post has been edited by Dénes on November 12, 2012 06:26 pm |

@Muggs - dear sir, why are my pictures posted on facebook without my consent ? The least thing you could have done was to ask for my permission... I have noticed also other pictures from my collection, or other users.
I will await your answer here or on PM Alex |

File a complaint with Facebook, whatever pics i posted there are "as is" if the user didn't put a watermark it was obviously his choice, i don't have any commercial gain from that site, my only intent is to increase WW2 history interest through pictures.

Alex |

This is not about you making money from the pictures you post on FB. It is about courtesy. Some people put money and effort into the photos they uncover and post online. Common sense should tell you that you should ask for permission before reposting them on another site or at least mention the original source. This is one of reasons we have the "photo source" rule on this forum. I am sorry that you do not seem to understand this. |

A photo archive is done by buying the actual photos, by touring the fairs Saturday morning when others in bed, by contacting veterans and learning their stories etc. One does not make a photo archive by copying this and that from the Internet. It is however a sure way to prevent people who own interesting photos to post them online from now on. |
