anyone can help me with some dimensions for the panel instruments of IAR80?
I want to build one 1:1 panel for display.

In scale 1:1, the dimensions of that panel are:
L = 72.00cm
H = 29.00cm
I = 26.00cm
Maybe Cantacuzino can tell you a bit more about the particular instrument panel in your photo. wink.gif

many thanks Radu! i'm strugling for some time and forums to find out some details...but no one responded to me.

regarding my picture...it is the most beautiful replica of a IAR80 panel i've seen. all hand made and of course it is made by Cantacuzino. he went on IAR81C...i will go on IAR80, but 1:1scale

There were a number of differences in the IAR80 instrument panels during production. If you can wait until the summer, there will be a new book on the subject that will answer a lot of questions.
I saw that scale 1:4 instrument panel (as well as the airframe that is supposed to house it) in real life and it is impressive. Cantacuzino, finish that model! wink.gif
