I am not an expert on uniforms, hence my questions, but I know some of you are. A second question in this reply - if I know the name and rank of a specific RO soldier, is there a way to track him and his combat history? Thanks!

If the person you seek was an officer, it is easier to tack his career if his file exists in the archives in Pitesti. For the enlisted men, you won't be able to find out many details. But in this case, again you have to address the archives in Pitesti.
