German & Romanian Naval Sailors, Land based Costal Artillery Units?

I have been asked by an acquaintance in Spain to see if I can get him any info with regards the attached pictures:-

I assume there was some kind of Romanian Navy Coastal Artillery Units?

From the evidence supplied the Battery picture is of either
German artillery: The coastal batteries :
1.Tirpitz» 3-280 mm, to the south of Constantza,
or 2. Lange Bruno» 3-280 mm, to the north of Constantza,

There were several German naval coastal batteries (as well as Rumanian), as well as naval units based in Rumania:

Batterie “Mamaia Sat” – 3 x 10.5cm Gun – Mamaia Sat – installed 03/08/41
688.Eisenbahn Batterie “Lange Bruno” – 3 x 28.0cm Rail Guns – North Constanta – arrives 03/08/41

789.Kusten-Artillerie-Abteilung
1.Batterie – 3 x 10.5cm Gun – Cap Midia – arrives 02/23/41
2.Batterie – 3 x 10.5cm Gun – Constanta (Vii) – arrives 02/23/41
3.Batterie – 3 x 10.5cm Gun – Cap Tuzla – arrives 02/23/41

Judging by the size of the shell, I would say it's a 17 cm caliber battery.
