The list of acknowledgements for this video MUST also include Dan Melinte, Razvan Bujor and Cornel Nastase considering that many colour profiles (or entire pages in some places) come from their book "Ploiesti: Low Level Strike"
Just my two cents

Anyone who has the truly exceptional book "Ploiesti: Low Level Strike" by Corneliu Nastase, Dane Melinte and Razvan Bujor published by Modelism in 2007, ISBN (13)978-973-8101-10-4, can compare the colour profiles in that "video" and the profiles from the following pages:

Min. Page
4.17 47
4.26 43
5.49 29 spread
6.11 58
6.20 57
6.26 47
6.29 55
6.54 59
7.38 74
8.01 79
8.12 77
8.19 76
8.34 78
8.38 80
9.00 31 inside fold
9.14 34
9.16 36
9.41 41
there may be more but at this stage I realised that I have better stuff to do with my life.
I know the book very well (as well as the people involved) and the drawing style is as unique as a fingerprint.

What is your source when you said that at the briefing they were told that romanians were unexperienced "gipsy" pilots.

All you were asked to do was to acknowledge the source of those colour profiles. Those colour profiles were painted by Corneliu Nastase and were taken from the book "Ploiesti: Low Level Strike" by Corneliu Nastase, Dan Melinte and Razvan Bujor, published by Modelism in 2007.
Why remove the video? Leave it there but give the due thanks.

Alex Armmand

The funny guy you just offended is USAF Command pilot
holding a Ploesti aniversary stamp you're lacking any
taste and your comments reflecting your own attitude, thats
so far about your remarks !

http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/198/0...1f3742p103.jpg/

Does the USAF MAA Bucharest u've mentioned knows how you talk about
USAF and their pilots ?

I hope he will get a chance to read your comments. As into
me I have never called the Rumanian pilots gypsys neither
ever I would agree about this title, because in WWII they
were well trained. I wouldn't be in this forum if I would think so
though you have a real problem with your attitude and your
bad spelling...beside u were after incitement

be well and improve your spelling.

@yugit

Do you have anything important to say so that you may have our attention ?

Write something more intelligent and true about the Romanian pilots from the ARR, give credits when they are due, and then perhaps you will get a proper answer from us.

Yugit or alexkdl, you was banned on this forum already, so please take it easy! Do you think that to use the word funny is more injurios that your affirmation that romanians were unexperienced "gipsy" pilots. This statement shows more lack of respect for romanian pilots who fought in WW2.

P.S.: Really I think you don t even know who is US military attache in
Bucharest

and go on.....I am really not concerned neither
what you guys talk about me ,it won't damage me
but it will damage your forum beyond its borders.

good luck !

Let's take your statement point by point, sentence by sentence:

1. well I'll tell you something and I hope it will be well received
at your end but also anyone else end who is keen to offend, use
a rude language or insite .

- it was well received
- I was not keen to offend, nor rude

"insite" - not an English language word that could be applied in the context, therefore not applicable

2. There are a few nice guys in here with thorough knowledge of they talking about, though but thats minority....

- nice attempt at sarcasm, I like it. Close, but no cigar.

3. To make it short to you and those who who wanna wanna swear, call names,provoke...please be my guest and go on.....

- I am not swearing, nor calling names, nor provoking - just asking again - do you have something more intelligent to say, in order to obtain a decent answer, and not a sarcastic one ?

4. I am really not concerned neither what you guys talk about me ,it won't damage me
but it will damage your forum beyond its borders.

- I am not talking about you, I am talking TO you. I am not trying to do damage to nobody here on the forum, I am merely exercising my God given right to an opinion. As per the damage this discussion will do to the forum, please see point no 3, I will not repeat myself.
