Two WWII Romanian Generals, Question

Quick question about the following generals:

1. Alexandru Gavrilescu
2. Damian Rascu

Does anyone know if they held any commands during WWII (pre- and post- August 1944)?

More importantly, does anyone know what happened to them after the war? Did they remain active generals or hold any political positions post-1945?

They did not hold any commands.

Actually, this is not true. After receiving your reply, I did a little research anyway and discovered that they indeed held commands, according to various sources.

Major-General Damian Rascu (1892-1970)

1940-1942 CO, 26th Infantry Regiment
1942-1943, Chief of Staff, 6th Corps
1943-1944, CO, 20th Infantry Brigade
1944-1944, CO, 20th Infantry Division
August-September 1944 - captured by Soviets and released shortly
Fall 1944 - Liaison Officer to Soviet Moldavian Command
1944-1945, Chief of Staff, 1st Army
Retired in 1951 as Major-General

Brigade General Alexandru Gavrilescu

I was only able to find a source identifying him as:

(starting date unknown) - through at least May, 1945, CO 6th Corps Artillery Command

Many Internet WebPages about The battle of Debrecen point a romanian General Marcu (Marcos) Tubanescu. Question : was he really such person ? If it is not correct, an error has spread.
