I know it was a discussion on the forum some time ago about some books regarding romanian history but I can't find it. Someone was asking about some specific titles. Maybe someone can direct me to it.

Secondly, I would be interested to know what else is avilable on the market in Romania (about WWII or Romanian history). I was checking different web pages (Nemira, Rao and Humanitas), but I could not find too many titles.

Does anyone know whether Kiritescu's books about the WWII could be find?

Petru,

I don't know which thread you are referring to, but the 3 books that most people are searching for are:

1. Armata Romana in al Doilea Razboi Mondial
2. Armata Romana - 1941-1945
3. Third Axis, Fourth Ally (Mark Axworthy)

I would add a fourth book which I'm desperately looking for, named "Romanii in Crimea".

Except for the the Max Axworthy book which I was able to read it I don't know what books are you reffering to. Could you put the authors too? For sure there are in libraries and I could borrow them, even if I don't buy them.

Somebody posted some titles about the romanian participation in WWII and asked about where those books could be found. Some of them were out of print, some of them could be found at Modelism. That was the thread I was talking about. Except that somebody else, not a romanian asked about some general history books about Romania, not only WWII. I think the last thread was in connection with a discussion about hungarian/romanian relations but I am not sure. In know Victor recommended him a book the rormanians in Transylvania. These are the only discussion about books on the forum that I know of, and both of them happend probably a long time ago.
