I can see the romanian flag on one of the ships, don't know about the others but they might be of interest, all pics taken in Constanta.

In the 1st, 3rd, 4th and 6th link, it's an ”R” class destroyer.
In WW2, Romania had two ”R” class destroyers, ”N.M.S. Regele Ferdinand”and ”N.M.S. Regina Maria” Regards! |

I'm not an expert but the ship looks smallish for Bricul Mircea, on the Farbdia it's also written "Donau"

@Cantacuzino: yes, its ”Bricul Mircea”, the first one 1882 - 1944 (not the second one 1939 - present). |
