Heller made a 1/72 scale Karas. Some problems with its accuracy but it has been released by SK Model if you want one. One of the options is Romanian.

Tecmod have decals for it, I imagine better than the kit ones. Two sets each with a Romanian example.

Italieri made a beautifull Hs 129 B2 in Romanian colors. And its price is accessible.
