Why his family did not attempt to publish the manuscript after 1990 ?

I'd say the best thing (for all of us) which could happen with this memoirs would be to reach to a publishing house, and in the end to get published.

If the new owner of the colonel's memoirs also wants the second part of them (stretching from 1944 to 1945) and also other documents pertaining to the same man, he should contact me on PM.
