In June 1937 delegation of Romanian Naval Officers visited Warsaw and Gdynia. The delegation consisted of (there might be spelling mistakes in the names of those officers):
vadm Balanescu lt cdr Davidescu cdr Nascurase mir Baiculescu The first of those was Ion Balanescu - chief of Romanian Navy, while last was Nicolae Baiculescu - military attache in Poland. Any idea who were the remaining officers? Anyone know what was the purpose of the visit in Poland? Thank you in advance! |
