Dear Sirs,
on Saturday, 17 August was the site of the Military museum Lichkov first introduced replica CKD export tankette: AH-IVR, also known as R-1. If all goes well, this machine will be on display on Sunday 1 September during Tank Day in the Military Technical Museum Lesany. |

Very nice and clean work. The engine is original or replica ? Will have any foreign markings painted on ? This post has been edited by Cantacuzino on August 21, 2013 12:27 pm |

I do not have enough information, but I know a little:
- the engine car ARO, - control driving of old Rolba, - vehicle hull was lightweight (thinner metal plate). Free translation of text at the bottom left: 1600 hours to build replicas tankette. Thanks Engineering Works Sternberk for help in making pieces that we ourselves could not make it. P. S. I apologize for using electronic translator, I can not English. Romanian engine made from ARO cars sound interesting. Could be the gas engine 2,5 l from ARO M461 or diesel 3,0 l From ARO 244 series ? |
