BGR Medal.
I read in Klietmann's Book "Phaleristik Rumanien", Berlin, 1975, page 85, that the BGR Medal is considered the same as a regimental 7 year badge. It is a badge of honour Instituted by King Michael I on 27th July 1943. This badge was given by the King to officers of the Royal Guard Battalion who had served for at least six years or who had served for four years if they had seen active service at the front.
