I found a Wikipedia page about a Romania tank known as the R3, the succesor of the LT vz. 35(pz 35(t)/R2). It seems that Romania ordered around 250 of them in 1940 (along 350 R2 tanks)but Germany never agreed to produce them. What if Romania somehow managed to build/obtain at least 150 of them until June 1941, in ordere to be able to join the fight against the Soviets.

Dear Sir, in 1940, a new medium tank test was held in Romania. The competition was attended by T-21 (Skoda) and V8H (BMM ex ČKD). Allegedly, he won the V8H, but the production of 395 pieces did not take off. BMM was fully equipped with supplies to the Wehrmacht. |
