Questions about Rum. TEOs, Misty placeses about numbers

Hello, gentelmen!

Could You help me with some quest. about rumanian TEO?

For example.
How many LMG were in inf. platoon 22/06/41 - 3 or 4?
How many persons were in Rum. ID from II Esh (for ex - in 15. ID)? Because i met about 13500, but I think what is not correct.
That were number person and carts/car/horses in division train according TEO?

There was one ZB 30 LMG for each section of infantry and one platoon had three sections, thus there were 3 LMGs per platoon.

The theoretical strength and equipment is not really relevant since, like most things in Romania, theory and practice differ a lot. I will try to see if I can find some numbers for the 15th ID in 1941.

In this cause I have next question.

In inf. company we should have 9 LMG, on batalions level - 27 (in heavy weapons company we have not LMG?) and on regiments level - 81 (i think, in regiments comand and heavy weapons companies we have not nave LMG again).
For regiments reconnaissance company we have 9 (or, may be, 11) LMG.
Well 3x(81+9) - It is give us 270 LMG for 3 inf. regiment.

In sapper battalion we have 27 LMG (1LMG x 3 sect x 3 plt. x 3 cop.)

In division reconnaissance company we have 24 (or, may be, 21) LMG.

Total we have:
270 + 27 + 24 = 321 LMG

According http://www.worldwar2.ro/organizare/?article=20
in IDiv were 410 LMG.

There i should find about 90 LMG? Did it were in gun regiments?

And another question. Did rum. ID have antitank rifles (25 mm Pauteaux M-1937) in companies command group (esp. in 1941)?
