Hello,

I found this name in a German archive. According to the Germans, he headed the Divizia 1 Blindata in February 1941. But my sources indicate that the CO for this unit at this time was colonel Ioan Sion.

Has anyone information about a colonel Costelinescu who was with the Divizia 1 Blindata at this time?
