Hello, I've been searching for a while and haven't been able to uncover what this hat is called. If anyone knows I'd be more than grateful.

The cap in question appears to be a pointed cap with multiple arrow-like objects pointing up, with a band around the base of the cap which holds some form of designation medal or something of the sort.
