Romanian army - peacetime organization 1940/41

Hello,

Does anyone know what was the peacetime organization of the Romanian army in 1940/41?
I'm especially looking for the peacetime garrisons of the army/corps HQ and divisions/brigades.

I found the following information for November 1940, but it needs to be confirmed/corrected:

Armat? 1 HQ: Sibiu – this army is responsible for Transylvania and Banat, facing Hungary and Yougoslavia in the western part of the country:
