At the bottom of the picture, the silhouette in the left is a woman (hair arrangement + shape of shoulders). There is an asymetry which makes me think that is hair of a woman, and not a German helmet.

Hello togehter,
I`m searching my uncel Karl Widmaier born 1926 in Warmbronn (Germany).He was lost with 17 years at the days between 20 august 1944 and 29.aug 1944 near the south of Iasi. He was a member of the 10. Infanteriedivision; Feldersatzbatallion 10 4.Kompanie.
Who can give me more Informations where this Part of the German Wehrmacht direcley lost.
His Personelnumber was -9332-St.Kp.G.E.B.358. The Fieldpostnumber was 42778E.
I only now that he was missed at the south of iasi ,but the german Army musst go back 600 Km to the borderline of Bulgaria and so i want know more about the places where part of Army destroyed, maybe the town or the place where he died or coming in romanian or russian Prison
