Here are a few prices of German airplanes sold to Rumania in 1944:
Junkers Ju 86: 285.000 RM
Dornier Do 17: 257.000 RM
Junkers Ju W34: 80.000 RM
or the personalized Klemm Kl 35 sold to King Michael I. in Oct. 1943: 18.000 RLM

Now, you have to find the 1944 exchange rate between RM and USD, so you can compare the prices.

I found in a Rumanian document that the first 15 Bf 109G airframes manufactured/assembled at IAR Brasov cost 6.800.000 lei each (in 1944 value).

According to the original contract one Polish P.11b fighter cost without engine in April 1933 - 81015 zlotys (1 zl = 18,7548 Lei).
