Were there any Eastern Volunteers within the Romanian Forces?? (Army, Airforce, Navy)

If so, were there also some "independent" units, or better said units of its own, of these Volunteers??
In which size?? (platoon, coy, ...)

(eg.: Germans had their East-batallions & cossack units....,
even the Italians had their Eastern unit(s))

No such formations existed in the Romanian army.
