I have just bought this medal... and I have no ideea what it is (i am just a novice... ). Can anyone help me and give me as much informations on it as possible? I paid 200.000lei for it... what's it's real value? And also, how can I remove the greenish corosion stain on the left arm of the cross -without damageing the piece?

It is the WWII Commemorative Cross established on 15 July 1994. I presume it is quite common.

Try with a old tooth brusch and tooth paste.(I'm not joking).
But only on the metal part.
